Pressure measurement
Not every scale can be trusted, because the weight shown on the display does not always match what is actually in the scale.
That is why we offer suitable testing for every application.
Static testing includes verification with weight standards and checking for force shunts caused by incorrectly fitted flexible sleeves or interference from compressed air hoses, cables and similar components.
Dynamic testing includes pressure analysis to identify pressure-dependent deviations caused, for example, by faulty scale ventilation,
defective filters, faulty transfer flaps and similar issues.
As analogue pressure measurement technology has become affordable, we equip all the scales we supply with a complete pressure measurement system.
This allows continuous pressure monitoring during operation, as pressure conditions in production are constantly changing,
for example due to clogged filter materials or wear in pressure relief flaps.
A weight reading is therefore only registered once the scale is pressure-neutral.
If the pressure does not dissipate within an adjustable time, an error message is generated and displayed in the system.
